Vermouth, slightly bitter with fresh rose petal, citric and vanilla tones(17% abv)

Mouth:

Balanced sweetness, slight bitter aftertaste, rose, lemon and orange freshness

Rose petal, vanilla, oregano, fresh lemon notes

A few steps away from Otto’s house,
on the upper floor of a neoclassical building under the buzz of a one of the top 50 bars of the world, a passionate team revived the great times of Athens Vermouth and crafted the first bottle
of Otto’s Athens Vermouth.

High quality Greek wine infused with rose petals, wormwood, citrus fruit, olive leaves and herbs grown under the sun of Athens such as oregano and angelica, creating a uniquely Greek flavor.

  • Otto’s 70ml
  • Tonic water 70ml
  • Prosecco 35ml
Method: Build all ingredients in a wine glass with ice. Stir gently. Garnish with orange wedge and lemon zest.
Glass: wine glass

Otto's Tonic

  • Otto’s 70ml
  • Tonic 100ml
  • Orange peel
Method: add 70ml of Otto’s in a highball glass with ice and top up with tonic water. Garnish with a lemon or orange peel (alternatively serve with soda).

Americano

  • Otto’s 30ml
  • Campari 20ml
  • Soda water
  • Orange oils
    Orange zest
Method: add all the ingredients into a collins glass, stir with ice, top up with soda water (80-100ml) and garnish with orange zest.

Otto's Negroni

  • Otto’s 40ml
  • Gin 15ml
  • Campari 10ml
  • Orange zest
Method: add Otto’s, Gin and Campari in a mixing glass with ice, stir all the ingredients and serve in an old fashioned glass with ice. Top up with soda and garnish with orange zest.

  • Otto’s 50ml
  • Gin 30ml
  • Maraschino liquer 5ml
  • Grapefruit bitters 1 dash

    Method: add all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir all the ingredients and strain in a martini glass without ice.

  • Otto’s 40ml
  • Skinos 15ml
  • Campari 10ml
  • Tonic
  • Lemon zest

    Method: put all the ingredients into a highball glass, stir with ice, top up with tonic (80-100 ml) and garnish with lemon zest.
